REFUND POLICY

If you have booked a place on a workshop or pick your own and are unable to attend, we cannot refund your place unless we are able to resell your ticket. You are, however, welcome to send someone else in your place.

If you have bought fresh flowers from Fieldhouse Flowers, they are a living product. We would expect all Event flowers to last in good condition during event for which they have been bought and retail flowers to last 5-14 days in a vase under normal circumstances depending on variety. If the quality of the flowers has not kept to our expectations please let us know immediately.

The life of the flowers will be shortened if they have been in very hot or exposed conditions or allowed to run short of water. Always use clean vases, place them out of direct sunlight and change the water frequently. These are freshly picked flowers and will be far thirstier than those you’ve bought from florist or supermarket - make sure they don’t run dry.
